This compact yet powerful storage unit is perfect for your needs! Our 5x5 units, offering 25 square feet of space, are comparable to a walk-in closet and are ideal for storing household clutter, seasonal items, and small furniture.

Drive-Up Access Storage with Doors on Both Sides

For those needing extra-wide access from both ends, our dual access units provide 400 square feet, similar to a two-car garage with drive-through convenience. With a 50 foot wide driveway and a door on each side of the building, these units are easy to pull straight through for loading, unloading, and trailering. At 8 ft ceilings, they're spacious enough for the contents of a 3-5 bedroom home, or for storing a large vehicle, camper, or boat indoors.

Please note: if storing a vehicle, camper, or boat, it must be operational, titled in the renter's name, and insured, with proof of both and a photo of the vehicle provided at move-in.

Outdoor Boat/RV/Vehicle Parking

For those needing secure space for a vehicle, boat, or trailer, our outdoor gated parking spots provide 480 square feet, similar to a large driveway pad. These spots are gated and well-lit, ideal for a single vehicle that doesn't fit in a standard drive-up unit.


Ideal for parking:

  • Cars, trucks, and SUVs
  • RVs, campers, and travel trailers
  • Boats and boat trailers
  • Utility and cargo trailers
  • Motorcycles and ATVs

Please note: each spot is limited to one vehicle, and any change requires facility approval. Vehicles must be operational (if applicable), titled in the renter's name, and insured, with proof of both and a photo of the vehicle provided at move-in.

14' X 30' High Ceiling Storage with Electrical Power Option

For those needing extra height and power access, our high ceiling units provide 420 square feet, similar to a large one-car garage with room to spare. With 12 ft ceilings and a 9'6" door clearance, these units are tall enough to store an RV, boat, or other large vehicle indoors, and a 50 ft wide driveway makes trailering in and out easy. They're spacious enough for the contents of a 3-4 bedroom home, with an electrical power option for an additional $35 a month.
